How We Do Business
Tuition & Fees
Tuition is $25 per 30 minute lesson or $90 per month and it is due by the 1st of each month. You will receive an average of four (4) half-hour lessons per month
Payments made after the 1st lesson of the month will have a $10 late fee
•We accept cash, checks, credit & debit cards
•Payments can be made online
- •$25 returned check fee
- •$20 Enrollment Fee
- •Lesson books are additional & not included in the monthly tuition
- Performance fees for recitals and other events
SCHEDULING AND TERMINATION POLICY: Once a student has been assigned a lesson time, it is assumed they will continue lessons at that same time each month. Whenever you need a different lesson time or you decide to stop taking lessons, please give us a 2-week notice.
REFUNDS/MAKEUP LESSONS: There will be no refunds or makeups for missed lessons due to no-shows, illness, family emergency, vacations, holidays or cancellation due to inclement weather. If you are not able to attend your lesson for any reason, please notify Butler Music School as soon as possible at (918) 748-1711. NOTE: If your teacher must miss your lesson due to illness or emergency, a substitute will be provided. If a substitute is not available, your lesson will be rescheduled.
