How We Do Business
Butler Music School Policy
Tuition is $110 per month OR $30 per lesson.
It is due by the 1st of each month.
You will receive an average of four (4) half-hour lessons per month.
10% Family Discount for multiple students (not applicable for EPIC students)
PAYMENTS: We accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, CashApp & EPIC Charter School invoicing.

Lesson books are additional & not included in the monthly tuition
PERFORMANCES: We have a few performance opportunities for our students. Our performance fees vary depending on the event. Recitals and other performances are optional.
SCHEDULING AND TERMINATION POLICY: Once a student has been assigned a lesson time, it will stay the same time each week. Whenever you need a different lesson time or you decide to stop taking lessons, please give us a 2-week notice.
REFUNDS/MAKEUP LESSONS: There will be no refunds or make-ups for missed lessons.
If you are not able to attend your lesson for any reason, please notify Butler Music School as soon as possible at (918) 748-1711. NOTE: If your instructor is unable to make your lesson for any reason, a substitute instructor will be provided or your lesson will be rescheduled.
HOLIDAYS: We are closed for a few holidays. Tuition will be prorated during some holiday months. Please view our on-line calendar for more information www.butlermusicschool.com
INCLEMENT WEATHER: In case of bad weather, we will communicate directly with each student regarding closing and/or rescheduling.
VIDEO/AUDIO/PHOTOS: Videos of lessons and student performances will be used as teaching tools and promotional material throughout the year. Videos will be posted on our website, Facebook page or YouTube channel for students and parents to access.
