How We Do Business

Butler Music School Policy

Tuition is $100 per month and is due by the 1st of the month. You will receive an average of four (4) half-hour lessons per month. We accept cash, checks, credit & debit cards. Online payments can be made through our website www.butlermusicschool.com


5% Family Discount on multiple students

(not applicable for EPIC students)

PAYMENTS:

·        $100 monthly tuition

·        $25 enrollment fee

·        $25 recital fee

·        $30 per lesson fee

·        Lesson books are additional & not included in the monthly tuition

PERFORMANCES: We have performance opportunities for our students. Recital or performance fees vary depending on the event. Recitals and performances are optional.

SCHEDULING AND TERMINATION POLICY: Once a student has been assigned a lesson time, it will stay the same time each week. Whenever you need a different time or you decide to stop taking lessons, please give us a 2-week notice.

REFUNDS/MAKEUP LESSONS: There will be no refunds or make-ups for missed lessons. If you are not able to attend your lesson for any reason, please notify Butler Music School as soon as possible at (918) 748-1711. NOTE: If your instructor is unable to make your lesson for any reason, a substitute instructor will be provided or your lesson will be rescheduled.

HOLIDAYS: We are closed for a few holidays.  Please view our on-line calendar for more information www.butlermusicschool.com

INCLEMENT WEATHER: In case of bad weather, updates are communicated on our answering service, website and Facebook page.

VIDEO/AUDIO/PHOTOS: Videos of lessons and student performances will be used as teaching tools and promotional material throughout the year. Videos will be posted on our website, Facebook page or YouTube channel for students and parents to access.
